Mr. Forbes helped create and implement the original predictive maintenance program for S.K.F. and currently works with Faro Bearings Inc. along with Nye Lubricants Inc. His years of working knowledge of machine design, bearings and lubricants are combined with extensive experience in failure analysis. In addition, Mike Forbes currently owns other companies working with industries in the U.S. and South America.

Mr. Zieger directs and co-ordinates all activities of engineering department to design, manufacture and test electronic components, products and systems. In addition he is responsible for our quality control program which is designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established industry standards. Harald Zieger oversees ECS' future strategic technological development. Before co-founding ECS together with Mr. Forbes, Mr. Zieger worked as President and Executive Manager of Eta-Omega-Consulting Ltd. As a management and technology consultant his major task at Eta-Omega-Consulting was to analyse the markets in the area of the drive technology/closed-loop control engineering and the elaboration of project guidelines as a base for a market entry.
Mr. Zieger worked also as a general Sales Manager CE for the Italian FARO Group, where he signed for the market treatment of the Central-European and East European markets responsibly. Before he changed to the FARO Group, he specialized in the development of customized solutions for problems of the drive technology.
Harald Zieger has more than 20 years of experience in strategy, management, product marketing, applications development, project management and vertical industry business solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the Technical University of Berlin.
